David Rose (Harlequin Performing Arts Academy tutors) were terrific, they made a huge impression on everyone. They coaxed my partner and me into having a singing lesson - it took a bit of doing as neither of us has ever sung before! Result was a couple more lessons and then being talked into a small duet guest slot at the end of their cabaret session on Friday night. They then told us we were the first guests from the academy to showcase their
"skills" in public!

"Also last week a disabled guest arrived who was
wheelchair bound. When Tim found out they had travelled
alone, he personally took the guest under his wing, dining
with them daily, visiting their Cabana to make sure their
needs were catered for, and was regularly seen pushing them
round the resort. It completely made the guest’s holiday.
Tim did all that despite being a longstanding West End star.

They have just started a new programme of evening entertainment which again the quality was first class, particularly "Fire & Ice.""

"What I found most impressive is the service quality we experienced from all of the staff on resort. Without exception, from the gardeners and beach boys and watersports guys, to maids and restaurant staff right through to reception and management, they just could not be more charming and helpful. Nothing was too much bother and there is a genuine feeling that lasting friendships have been forged. Our maid brought in tasters of her local cooking for us to try. We had gifts, hugs kisses and contact details, from the Bay girls as we prepared to leave. Riva, the towel lad who had been great company all holiday, made the effort to come in to work on his day off to say goodbye and present us with St Vincent bracelets."
