This is for those who want a bit more luxury with their fitness programme…
Taking elements from the Luxury Boot Camp, this is a fitness package that puts the guest in control of how hard they want to be pushed by choosing their own “pick and mix” regime from the Luxury Boot Camp schedule.
Guests can expect to train for an average of 2–3 hours per day, with the option to train more if they want to. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and will always be conducted with each individual’s strengths and weaknesses in mind.
The rest of the day is flexible and can be used for activities like swimming, tennis, kayaking, or snorkelling. You might also want more time to explore the island or simply lounge by the pool.

Guests can start on almost any date they wish within the specified time period, but please note that all retreats must end by 18th February 2013.
Sundays will be trainer and guest rest days. Guests can also add in an additional rest day for longer boot camps if they wish - please advise us on booking
