BODY & SOUL ISLAND ESCAPE 4 hours
Enjoy the beauty and natural environment of the island of St Vincent while taking exercise and practicing yoga. This escape includes a fitness walk along the Vermont Nature Trail followed by Yoga Nidra & a Wellness Lunch.
The Vermont Nature Trail
The Vermont Nature Trail is a beautiful rainforest path for hiking, bird watching or just enjoying one of the richest, natural environments on earth. A local guide joins us to enrich this experience by imparting their knowledge of the indigenous flora and fauna. Please wear fitness shoes or hiking boots.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a sleep-like state because the body is deeply relaxed as if in deep sleep but the consciousness remains alert. It is renowned for its rejuvenating and healing effects and has been found to reduce tension and anxiety. The practice includes deep relaxation & visualisation and beautifully balances the dynamism of the hike.
Wellness Lunch
A true celebration of indigenous and seasonal ingredients chosen for their taste as well as their nutritional properties including fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables organically grown locally. Lunch is enjoyed on a veranda with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Maximum 10 people. Minimum age 16 years.
