MONDAY
8:00am – 9:00am Beach Run A run with a difference! At the end of each sprint a different body exercise awaits. Get your cardio and strength training done in one session!
10:00am – 12:00pm Gym Induction Ask anything about fitness and learn how to use all of the gym equipment.
1:00pm – 1:30pm Beach Cricket  

TUESDAY
11:00am – 12:00pm Personal Training Taster In the Fitness Centre - Enjoy a complimentary 20 minute session and see how one session can benefit you!
1:00pm - 1:30pm Beach Volleyball  
3:00pm – 4:00pm Questions & Answers At the pool side - Our Fitness Professional will answer any question you may have on fitness, injury, or nutrition.
4:30pm – 6:00pm Friendly Football Game Resort Staff versus Guests

WEDNESDAY
8:00am – 9:00am Boot Camp On the beach - Work every muscle in this high impact class – get ready to sweat!
10:00am – 12:00pm Gym Induction  
1:00pm – 1:30pm Beach Cricket  

THURSDAY
11:00am – 12:00pm Personal Training Taster In the Fitness Centre
1:00pm – 1:30pm Beach Volleyball  
4:00pm – 5:00pm Bags and Bells On the beach - Run with bags and swing that kettle bell! An intense session to tone the whole body using High Interval Intensity Training.

FRIDAY
8:00am – 9:00am Boot Camp On the beach
10:00am – 12:00pm Gym Induction  
1:00pm – 1:30pm Beach Cricket Sunday  
5:00pm – 5:30pm Body Blitz On the basketball court - A quick fire class to blitz the body in 30 minutes.
6:00pm – 6:30pm Sunset Stretch On the beach - A relaxing way to end your day on the beach with gentle stretches to lengthen tight muscles, and unwind the mind.
