INDIVIDUAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT  2 hours
Let our qualified fitness instructors assess your current physical wellbeing. They will conduct a complete analysis on all aspects of your wellbeing. Our trained staff will offer advice on areas to address and guidance on sensible corrective steps to improve your fitness level. This will include a tailored programme of exercise personalised for you and your lifestyle. After one session you can expect to be comfortable training within the Fitness Studio.

Need a little more from your workout? Let our Instructors review your routine and help you achieve new goals, whether you exercise regularly or require a helping hand to lead you back into the gym, our team will ensure that you are exercising safely and with a purpose. If you are looking for specific improvements, or as part of a weight management programme, there is no more effective way to improve your level of fitness. Working on your core stability, flexibility and using the latest techniques and elements you will see and feel the difference. Nutritional and home lifestyle advice is also offered with your Personal Training package for long term fitness maintenance.

PERSONAL FOOTBALL TRAINING
A series of exercises and circuit training on our professional football ground specifically designed to improve strength, agility, coordination and skill whilst boosting your cardio vascular fitness. Suitable for adults and children over 14 years old who are already training.

The Harlequin fitness centre at Buccament Bay Resort is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment by Technogym. The Technogym Excite™ cardiovascular machines feature Active Wellness TV™ touch screens for private entertainment and there is a range of Technogym Personal Selection™ physical training equipment including strength circuit machines, free weights and dumbbells. An experienced team of qualified personal trainers caters to all fitness levels and conduct an array of daily group training sessions such as Yoga, Pilates, Spin Classes, Football and Meditation. One to one private instruction can also be arranged.
